Meet the Sensei’s
Dean Ince
Dean Ince 5th Dan, has been studying the art of Karate for 33 years. His studies started with Shotokan Karate, which he studied for 4 years. He then moved his attentions to Wado-Ryu, where he has trained under many great Wado instructors. Introduced to him by Sensei Barrow 6th Dan.
Dean has coached over 20 Junior National Champions, throughout his time within Karate. He also produced numerous junior and senior Black Belt students.
Away from Karate, Deans passion is his family.

Steve Brame
Steve Brame 4th Dan, learnt his karate skills from a young age and demonstrated a natural talent whilst attending many national and internationals competitions.. Steve runs a number of classes for Roding Karate Club including a class aimed for the mature student. An excellent student, who has matured into an amazing instructor for the club.

Roger Garrett
Roger Garrett 1st Dan, joined New Roding in 2008 to support his children and has progressed quickly to an instructor. Roger works particularly well with our special need students and is now teaching at several classes and locations weekly. Roger also assists at our school holiday camps and is a favourite with all the students because of his infectious personality and teaching ability.
